I love Schnitzel. It doesn’t really matter if it’s from a pub, from Una’s (a Sydney institution) or elsewhere, it’s delicious. I have no idea what this is. I based it off something I read once that was spectacularly retro and used sherry instead of the red wine, but the way I do it today works and we have it quite regularly. I have the day off today. I finished working at my last job yesterday and don’t start a new one until Tuesday. I’m at home by myself and I have a giant bag of large red chillies from the Redfern Carriageworks Markets. I also have organic onions, mince from Marion Plains and everything else I {Tags: Beef, Chillies} {More...}
